基于CAN总线的煤矿排水系统智能节点设计

摘要 针对国内煤矿排水系统自动化程度低、工人劳动强度大等问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线的煤矿排水系统智能节点的设计方案。给出了以ARM LPC2294处理器和CTM1050T隔离CAN收发器为核心部件的智能节点硬件设计,简化了电路并提高了系统运行的稳定性和可靠性;介绍了在μC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统下的智能节点软件设计,实现了排水系统的"避峰就谷"和无人值守。实践证明该智能节点实时性好、节能降耗,有着广泛的应用前景。 The design of intelligent node based on CAN is proposed to solve the problems of low degree of automation, huge labor intensity in domestic coal mine drainage system.The hardware design of intelligent node using ARM LPC2294 processor and CTM1050T isolating CAN transceivers as key parts is presented,which simplifies the circuit and improves stability and reliability of the system.The design of intelligent node's software based onμC/OS-Ⅱis introduced,which makes the "shift peak to valley" and unmanned pumping duty of the drainage system achieved.It is proved that the intelligent node has the characteristics of good real-time and energy saving in practice and has a wide application in the future.
