雷达罩内壁电厚度测量与磨削校正系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 以往的雷达罩电性能校正都是在生产过程完成后,通过确定超差区域,再利用人工修补来实现的,导致效率较低。为了提高生产效率以及雷达罩修补的准确性,采用了对雷达罩内壁的超差区域进行自动修磨的方法。在磨削样机上,对自行设计的雷达罩电厚度测量与磨削校正系统进行了试验验证。结果表明雷达罩内壁修磨机构能够满足磨削精度以及雷达罩表面粗糙度等性能要求。 The traditional adjustment for electrical property of radome is always implemented by discovering the area of beyond the limit of error and then correcting the errors artificially after the product process finished, which leads to low product efficiency.In order to improve the product efficiency and the precision of radome mending,it can be achieved in a way of grinding automatically to correct the inside areas which exceeds the limit of error in the radome.The experiment validates the performance of the equipment of radome electrical thickness measurement and grind away calibration system based on the grinder self-designed.The result shows that the grinder is feasible and satisfies the demand of grinding accuracy and surface roughness of the radome.
