摘要
目的总结复方硝酸甘油膏治疗早期肛裂的临床疗效。方法对我院2008年4月-2010年2月收治的26例应用复方硝酸甘油膏治疗的早期肛裂患者及2002年7月-2005年9月收治的24例应用马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗的早期肛裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.15%,复发率为11.54%;对照组总有效率为83.33%,复发率为20.83%。两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方硝酸甘油膏治疗早期肛裂能促进创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦,且无肛门失禁的危险。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the compound nitroglycerin paste treatment for early anal fissure.Methods 26 cases who applied compound nitric acid glycerin paste（treatment group） and 24 cases who applied musk hemorrhoids cream（control group） were retrospectively analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.15%,the recurrence rate was 11.54%,while the total effective rate of control group was 83.33%,the recurrence rate was 20.83%,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The compound nitroglycerin ointment treatment for early anal fissure can promote wound healing and alleviate the suffering of patients.
