摘要
原丝烘干是整个玻璃纤维生产过程中重要的工艺控制环节,若干燥不良会引起丝饼水分不干或发黄等情况,严重时会影响产品质量,甚至会导致产品降级或不合格。从这两个方面来计算烘干过程中所需的能量,并探讨如何优化烘干炉的结构设计,提高热利用率。
fects such Cake drying is an important step in the entire glass fiber production process. Poor drying would cause deas excessive moisture and yellowness of cakes, and in worse case, affect product quality and even lead to product degradation or unqualification. In this paper, the energy required for drying process are calculated based on the material balance and the heat balance of the oven so as to explore how to optimize the structural design of the oven and improve the thermal efficiency
