摘要
以缩短复合材料叶片制造周期2h为前提,通过调整升温速度和最高温度点的保温时间,模拟了叶片的4种生产工艺。通过对这4种工艺制得的样品进行力学性能和热学性能的测试,探索缩短风机叶片生产周期的方法,为节约成本找出实验依据。
Aiming at decreasing 2 hours of cycle time for manufacturing GRP wind turbine blades, four molding processes were simulated by varying the temperature rise rate and the highest temperature retention time. Based on the tests of the mechanical and thermal properties of the prototypes made by these 4 processes, the method for shortening the molding cycle of wind turbine blades was explored and the experimental basis for cost reduction was sought.
