摘要
介绍了自主研发的脱圈自停装置原理、安全性和特点、装置的生产试验,并将4种无捻粗纱生产过程中采用/未采用脱圈自停装置的粗纱损耗进行对比。对比结果显示:使用脱圈自停装置的纱损耗大大减少,平均脱圈控制率为90.48%,平均减小损耗为77.8%,从而可大大降低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率,提高产品成品率,提高原丝利用率。
A stop motion for internally unwinding strand coil slippage in the production of glass rovings is described in details in terms of its working principle, safety, features and test run, and comparisons are made between using and not using this stop motion in the production of 4 types of rovings. The results indicate that in the case of using the stop motion, the average control rate of coil slippage is 90.48% and the average reduction of roving loss is 77.8%, which result in significant reduction of labor intensity and raise of productivity, finished product rate and strand utilization.
