摘要
研究了磺化聚砜的制备工艺及其成膜性能.通过磺化反应,在聚砜的苯环上引入磺酸基,考察磺化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对磺化度的影响.制备了磺化聚砜膜,并对其性能进行表征.结果表明,在45.0℃下磺化1.00 h,得到磺化度为32.8%的磺化聚砜,由其制得的磺化聚砜膜性能最佳.
Preparation of the sulfonated polysulfone and the performance of sulfonated polysulfone membrane were researched. Sulfonic groups are introduced onto PSF by sulfonation reaction. The influences of amount of sulfonating agent, reaction time and temperature on the degree of sulfonation of the obtained SPSF were studied. The result shows that the performance of SPSF/ PSF blend membrane used 32.8% degrees of SPSF was optimum.
