摘要 介绍了制管厂纵剪生产线的工艺流程及液压控制系统,该液压控制系统根据纵剪生产线生产要求,采用西门子S7-300 PLC实施电气控制,并设计了人机界面和MP277触摸屏,通过PROFIBUS-DP总线进行通讯。程序开发使用STEP7编程软件,实现了纵剪生产线各液压设备的控制逻辑及相应的联锁保护功能。该系统已成功应用于实际生产,生产实际表明基于S7-300 PLC的纵剪生产线液压控制系统能满足纵剪的工艺要求,减少了纵剪生产的电气故障,提高了机组的生产效率、控制性能和可靠性。 In this article, it introduced process flow and hydraulic control system of slitting line of pipe mill. According to the production requirement of the said system, electric control adopts Siemens S7-300 PLC, human-computer interface and MP277 were designed, and communication was conducted through PROFIBUS-DP trunk bus. This procedure used STEP7 programme software to realize control logic and corresponding interlocking protection function of each hydraulic equipment for slitting line. This system has been successfully used in practical production, and the production status shows that the hydraulic control system of slitting line based on S7-300 PLC can meet the production process requirements, it decreases the electric default, improves the production efficiency, control ability and reliability.
