直缝埋弧焊管预焊后除尘机的设计应用

摘要 针对焊管生产过程中钢板变形会产生钢板表层氧化皮脱落、预焊后会在钢管内存在氧化皮、铁锈、粉尘和其他异物的情况,设计了焊管预焊后除尘机,为内焊创造良好焊接环境打好基础。预焊后除尘机主要由钢管内壁吹扫装置和吸尘装置两部分组成,吹扫装置在喷气头气流的作用下沿周向旋转,将氧化皮、铁锈、粉尘和其他异物吹向收集房,再通过空气负压作用将吹扫装置吹起的灰尘等吸走。通过将该除尘机应用于实际生产线发现,除尘机的除尘效果良好,有效地清除了钢管内部的异物。 Aiming at some problems occurred in welded pipe production course,such as oxide scale on steel plate surface drop off which caused from steel plate forming, and some foreign matter exist in steel pipe after tack welding, for example, oxide scale, rust, bug dust and others, a kind of duster for steel pipe after tack welding was designed, which create good welding condition for inside welding. The duster consists of sweeping device for steel pipe inside wall and dust exhausting apparatus. The sweeping device rotates along circumference acting under jet head air stream, which blows scale, rust, bug dust and other foreign matter to collection chamber, and sucks the above foreign matter under air negative pressure. The practical application proved that this kind of duster possesses good effect of dust removing,which can effectively eliminate foreign matter inside steel pipe.
