防风嫩茎无性系建立的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为保护野生资源,实现人工栽培,以防风的嫩茎为材料,进行了愈伤组织的诱导和分化、试管苗生根、移栽和定植的研究,成功的建立起防风的无性系。结果证明:MS+BA 0.2 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L是愈伤组织诱导培养和增殖继代培养的理想培养基;MS+AgNO30.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L是愈伤组织分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L是不定芽生根培养和试管苗生根继代增值的理想培养基;试管苗易移栽、定植成活;定植的试管苗保持了防风所有植物学性状。 In order to preserve the wild resources and meet the needs of false planting, tender stems of Lyth- rum salicaria were used as material to induce callus and differente adventitious buds, rooting, transplantation- and stable planting of tube seedlings, then the clone of Lythrum salicaria was successfully established. The re- sults showed that MS + BA 0.2 mg/L + 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L was the perfect medium for callus inducing and callus multiplication; the medium MS + AgNO3 0.5 mg/L + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for callus differentiation; the best medium for rooting of adventitious buds and rooting multiplica-tion of tube seedlings was 1/3MS + NAA 0. 1 mg/L + IAA 0.3 mg/L; the transplanted and stable planted seedlings survived easily; The seedlings stable planted maintained all botany characteristics of the Lythrum salicaria.
