摘要 以252型强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,利用硬脂酸与甲醇在自制反应器中的酯化反应合成了硬脂酸甲酯;考察了酯化反应条件对酯化率的影响.结果表明,酯化反应最佳条件为:硬脂酸40g,甲醇流量0.30mL/min,反应温度95℃,反应时间60min;相应的酯化率可达99%以上.该方法反应条件温和、操作步骤简单,所得产品收率高、质量好. Methyl stearate was synthesized by esterification between stearic acid and methanol in a self-made reactor with strong acidic cation exchange resin (252) as a catalyst. The effects of esterifieation conditions on the esterification rate were investigated. Results demonstrate that the optimal reaction condition is established as stearie acid dosage of 40 g, methanol flow rate of 0.30 mL/min, reaction temperature of 95 ℃, and reaction time of 1 h. Relevant esteri- fication rate under the optimal condition is above 99 %. The present approach has mild reaetion conditions, simple procedures, and high yield of desired product, while the final product has desired quality.
