摘要
甲藻(dinoflagellate)作为最原始的一类真核生物,在进化研究中有着重要的地位。它的种种原始特点都表明,这类生物很可能是介于原核生物和真核生物之间的中间过渡类型。
In this paper, a new method of extracting the dinoflagellate Crypthecodinium cohnii chromosomes was proposed. The ultrastructure of dinoflagellate Crypthecodinium cohnii chromosomewas studied by transmission electron microscope. The chromosome fibres of dinoflagellate fold in a different manner from that of typical eukaryotes.
