病区护理质量管理的有效策略 被引量:2

Effective strategy on the nursing quality management of ward

摘要 目的研究病区护理质量管理的有效策略。方法选取2010年1月-12月病区护理质量管理前100名患者作为对照组,以2011年1—12月病区护理质量管理后的100名患者作为观察组。采用自行设计的调查问卷,对患者对护理工作的满意度进行调查,并对实施病区质量管理前后护理差错率进行评价。结果观察组平均满意度得分为(51.5±8.5)分,对照组为(42.5±12.5)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.35,P=0.0312);观察组患者总体满意率为96%,对照组为78%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.98,P=0.01);实施病区质量管理前发生护理差错率为1.61/10000,出现1起严重差错,实施病区质量管理后发生护理差错率为0.47/10000,无严重差错发生,实施病区质量管理后比实施前护理差错率明显下降。结论运用ISO9000质量管理体系的思想和方法,建立病区护理质量管理的有效策略,通过资源优化、责任细化、过程强化3方面的管理,使一切以患者为中心的护理理念得以深化,从而达到病区护理管理的法制化、规范化和制度化,有效地减少了护理差错,提高了患者的满意度。 Objective To explore the effective strategy on the nursing quality management of ward. Methods 200 inpatients before and after nursing quality management of ward from January 2010 to December 2010( 100 patients in control group) and between January 2011 and December 2011 (100 patients in observational group)from the Forth Hospital of Shenzhen were involved in this study. Using the self-designed questionnaire, we conducted a survey on patients' satisfactions on nursing and evaluated the ward nursing error before and after nursing quality management of ward, respectively. Results The ward nursing error rate in observational group was 0.47/10 000 and no serious mistakes occurred while was 1.61/10 000 in control group and one serious mistakes occurred, the nursing error rate decreased after the implementation of nursing quality management of ward. The average satisfaction score and overall patient satisfaction rate in observation group were (51.5 ± 8.5 ) and 96 %, were higher than control group [ (42.5 ± 12.5 ) ), 78%, respectively], there was statistical significance between the two groups ( Xz = 4.98, t = 2.35 ; P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions We intensify patient-oriented nursing idea by applying the ISO9000 quality management system into the nursing management of ward quality by mean of the resources optimization, refinement in responsibility and intensification in process, so as to achieve the legalization, standardized and institutionalized of the management of nursing care ward, thereby effectively reduce the nursing error and improve the patient satisfaction.
