摘要 针对国家电网公司倡导的"换电为主,插充为辅"的电动汽车充电模式,黑龙江省电力科学研究院开展了将电动汽车充换电站与光伏发电系统结合的相关研究,并建成和投运了国内首座光储式电动汽车充换电实验站。同时,也介绍了构建实验站各系统组成及工作原理,如光伏发电系统、蓄电池储能系统、电动汽车充换电站和站用负荷等。阐述了构建该实验站的意义。 Aiming at the charging mode for electric vehicles, "Mainly Swapping, Supplemented by Charging" pro- posed by State Grid Corporation, Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute studies on the combination of char- ging and swapping experimental station for electric vehicles and photovoltaic power system and constructs the first domestic optical recording charging and swapping experimental station for electric vehicles which has been put into operation. This paper introduces the system composition and working principle of experimental station, such as pho- tovohaic power system, battery energy storage system, charging and swapping experimental station for electric vehi- cles, station load and so on, and expounds the significance of construction of the experimental station.
