摘要 脱碳是影响石油钻机游车大钩中60Si2Mn减震弹簧使用寿命的重要因素之一。试验研究了60Si2Mn减震弹簧表面脱碳与加热时间的关系。利用DEFORM-3D软件对60Si2Mn减震弹簧的脱碳过程进行了模拟,结果表明:随着加热时间的延长,脱碳层深度增加,脱碳程度加剧,初期脱碳速率较快,随后速率逐渐减缓。研究结果对提高大钩使用寿命有指导意义。 Decarburization is one of the important factors to impact the service life of 60Si2Mn damping spring in the petroleum drilling rig hook. The relation of the surface decarburization with the change of heating time was studied, using the DEFORM-3D software to simulate the decar-burization process of 60Si2Mn damping spring. The results showed that the DEFORM-3D simula-tion results were roughly the same with the experimental results of oxidation and decarburization, both with the heating time extended, the depth of decarburized layer increases,and the decarburi-zation degree aggravates. Furthermore, the initial decarburization rate was rapid, but later the rate slowed down gradually. The experimental results have guide significance to prevent the hook de-carburized and improve the service life.
