摘要
煤层气井采用排水降压采气工艺,由于井底压力很低,不适合采用常规的水力冲砂工艺,只能采用捞砂泵抽取井内颗粒物。油井中常用的捞砂泵在煤层气井中使用时,由于液面较低、颗粒物量大,其工作效率很低,且很难将糊状煤粉清理干净。介绍了真空回位增压抽砂泵的结构,计算了吸入压力、最大排出压力、活塞回位力、理论排量。该泵的作业效率高,成本低,适用于煤层气井捞砂作业,在水平井中的优势显著。
CBM well use the gas production technology of drainage and reduction pressure, the pressure of bottom hole is very low, not suitable for the use of conventional hydraulic sand washing process,can only use of hailing pump extraction wells particles. Oil well sand pump used in the coalbed gas well,as the liquid level is low,a large quantity of particles, the working efficiency is very low,and it is difficult to clean up the paste coal. The vacuum return pressure sand pump structure,calculation of the suction pressure, maximum discharge pressure, the piston answer force, the theory capacity are introduce. The pump is of high work efficiency, low cost, suitable for coalbed gas well sand-bailing work,a significant advantage in horizontal wells.
