Especially in recent years, more attention has been paid to vaccine safety due to the vaccine related events. This paper introduced in detail the influence factors of vaccination safety, the identification and handling of abnormal reactions, and the proper use of vaccines so as to avoid the suspected adverse reactions following vaccination.
