摘要
对我国体育场馆的产品属性进行定位,指出当前多数体育场馆属于准公共产品,投资主体为政府,私人投资比例不足。在场馆配置方面,人均场馆占有率低,多数体育场馆开放程度不高。应在政策、资金方面予以倾斜,加大现有场馆的开放力度;多渠道促进商业体育场馆的建设与开发,协调商业体育产品与准公共体育产品的比例。
Analysis of attribute of sports stadiums in China showed that most sports stadiums were semi-public prod- ucts, invested by the government as the main body. Stadium utilization rate was low. Most stadiums were not open to the society. More financial supports should be given and various means of operating stadiums should be encouraged. Commercial sports products and semi-public products should be given better proportion.
