摘要
采用实验法对116名女大学新生进行了为期12周的啦啦操教学实验,以检验啦啦操训练对女大学新生的心理健康和社交焦虑的影响。研究结果表明,啦啦操教学之后,被试的心理健康水平有显著提高,而社交焦虑水平则显著降低,社交焦虑的变化和心理健康部分维度的变化之间存在显著正相关。研究认为,啦啦操训练可以有效促进女大学新生的心理健康和社交焦虑,而社交焦虑的降低在啦啦操训练促进心理健康的过程中具有调节作用。
In order to examine the influences of cheer leading training on the mental health and social anxiety, 116female college first year students were observed in 12 weeks. The results suggested that after the cheer leading train- ing, there was significant improvement on the mental health and significant reduction of the social anxiety. It was shown that cheer leading training could promote the mental health and social anxiety effectively.
