摘要
关于公务员的工作满意度情况、对公务员主要采用什么领导方式、公务员工作满意度与领导方式之间的关系等问题,通过访谈、问卷调查和统计分析得出:六成公务员总体上对目前工作感到满意,不同类型公务员有不同工作满意度,目前最满意的是对同事的满意度,最不满意的是对工作晋升的满意度;七成公务员认为目前主要采用任务关系型领导方式,不同类型公务员有不同偏爱的领导方式;任务型领导方式与工作满意度之间没有显著关系,关系型和任务关系型领导方式与工作满意度之间存在显著影响。
How is the job satisfaction of public servants? Which kind of leadership styles should public servants adopt? What is the relationship between the job satisfaction of public servants and leadership styles? In the hght of these problems, an investigation was conducted by interview, questionnaire and statistical analysis. The findings show that, 60% public servants are satisfied with their current job on the whole, different types of public servants show different kinds of job satisfactions, they are the most satisfied with their colleagues and the most dissatisfied with their promotion. 70% public servants think that the current leadership style is task-type one, different types of public servants show different preferences to leadership style, there is no obvious relation between task-type leadership style and job satisfaction whereas there is obvious relation between task-type leadership style and relation-type leadership style and job satisfaction
