摘要
对目前国内外优秀蹦床运动员的训练比赛情况进行分析认为,在新规则下我国蹦床项目要想继续在世界保持领先地位,仍需在训练中重视"准、稳、高、美、难"这几个制胜因素。
The paper analyses the training and competition results of Chinese and foreign trampoline athletes and proposes that the Chinese trampoline team should find out the rules and directions of the winning factors of preciseness, steadiness, height, beauty and difficulty in the training in order to maintain its excellence in the world.
