Objective To explore the theoretical basis of accelerating generation paradigm shift of the Air Force medical service force. Methods The elements of Air Force medical service force generation and the motivation of promoting its generation paradigm shift were analyzed. Results Theories were put forward for taking concept transformation as the turning point, taking Air Force medical service modern comprehensive construction as the opportunity, taking Air Force science and technology innovation as the engine, taking the innovative talent construction as guidance and taking the Air Force health information construction as forerunner, which may vigorously promote the Air Force medical service force generation paradigm shift.
