The Experience of the Tri-element Object's Operation

文章结合工程建设监理实际，阐述如何处理工程建设过程三元主体之间的关系，搞好“三元”主体规范运作，提出加强三大目标控制的有效建议。

This paper combined practices of construction supervision, elaborated how to deal with the relations between the three elements of construction objects, and perfected the standard operation of tri-element object. Finally, it presented some effective advice to strengthen controlling such three objects.
