高龄老年腔隙性脑梗患者血尿酸、超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C及血脂水平变化的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高龄老年腔隙性脑梗患者血尿酸(UA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、胱抑素C(CysC)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化及临床意义。方法年龄≥75岁老年人,腔隙性脑梗组43例,对照组非腔隙性脑梗30例。测定血UA、hs-CRP、CysC、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C,对比分析两组一般资料及各项检测指标。结果腔隙性脑梗组的高血压、糖尿病比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组非腔隙性脑梗组对比:腔隙性脑梗组血HDL-C(1.30±0.22mmol/Lvs1.16±0.27mmol/L)降低(P<0.05),血UA(319.42±65.48μmmol/Lvs379.26.±106.02μmmol/L)、hs-CRP(0.60±0.49mg/dlvs1.37±1.61mg/dl)升高(P<0.01);血TC、TG、LDL-C、CysC两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论血HDL-C、UA、hs-CRP的水平与高龄老年人腔隙性脑梗的发生有关。 Objective To explore the changes and significance of uric acid( UA) ,cystatin C( CysC) ,high-sensitivity C-reactiveprotein ( hs-CRP) and blood lipid levels in very elderly patients with lacunar infarction( LI) . Methods A total of 73 aged peoplewere divided into lacunar infarction group ( 43 cases) and nonlacunar infarction control group( 30 cases) . Levels of UA,CysC,hs-CRP,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in serum of the two groups were measured,and a contrastive analysis was conducted. Results Thelacunar infarction group showed higher incidence of hypertension and diabetes. Compared with control group,level of HDL-C( 1. 30 ±0. 22mmol / L vs. 1. 16 ± 0. 27mmol / L) decreased in lacunar infarction group( P 0. 05) ,and levels of UA( 319. 42 ± 65. 48μmmol / Lvs. 379. 26. ± 106. 02μmmol / L) and hs-CRP( 0. 60 ± 0. 49mg / dl vs. 1. 37 ± 1. 61mg / dl) significantly increased in lacunar infarctiongroup( P 0. 01) ; There were increase of TG,TC,LDL-C and CysC in lacunar infarction group,but no significance difference in twogroups( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The levels of serum HDL-C、UA、hs-CRP may be associated with lacunar infarction in very elderlypeople.
