摘要
目的探讨腹部手术伤口裂开的原因和治疗方法。方法回顾分析我院2001年至2010年腹部手术伤口裂开患者25例。结果清除病灶,减张缝合,注重细节,强化护理,25例全部治愈。结论术前重视各种诱发因素,术中注重伤口保护与缝合技巧,术后严密观察以及良好护理等综合措施,能有效预防腹部手术伤口裂开。
Objective To observe the causes of abdominal wound dehiscence and surgical treatment. Methods Review and a-nalysis of 25 cases of abdominal surgery wound dehiscence patients in 2001 ～ 2010. Results The removal of disease,relaxation su-ture,attention to detail,enhanced care,25 patients were cured. Conclusion Preoperative attention to a variety of predisposing fac-tors,intraoperative suture techniques with emphasis on protecting the wound,after surgery close observation and good care and othercomprehensive measures,surgery can be effective in preventing abdominal wound dehiscence.
