聚焦解决模式在脑卒中患者健康教育及康复护理中的效果评价

The effect of focal resolution mode in health education and rehabilitation nursing to the stroke

目的探讨聚焦解决模式在脑卒中患者健康教育及康复护理中的效果。方法选择在我院神经内科住院的110例脑卒中患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各55例。对照组患者接受常规健康教育及康复护理模式,试验组在此基础上运用聚焦解决模式,对患者进行健康教育和康复护理指导。出院时对两组患者进行改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定、生存质量评定。结果试验组患者的改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定、生存质量评定显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中患者进行聚焦解决模式的健康教育及康复护理,能显著提高患者的生活自理能力(ADL),进一步提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of focal resolution mode in health education and rehabilitation nursing to the stroke.Methods Chose 110 hospital patients of stroke,divided them into 2 groups randomly,55 patients in experiment group and 55 pa-tients in control group. The two groups were all given regular health education and rehabilitation nursing,besides that,the experimentgroup was given focal resolution mode. The patients of the two group was evaluated by modified Barthel index（ IMB） and the quality oflife. Results Compared with control group,the evaluation of modified Barthel index（ IMB） and the quality if life. Of experimentgroup was significantly higher（ P 0. 01） . Conclusion The focal resolution mode health education and rehabilitation nursing to thestroke could improve the patients＇ self-care ability remarkably,and better theirs＇ quality of life.
