摘要
本文以HyperWorks10.0软件为工具,对某电动重卡的电机控制器支架进行了有限元分析,确定了支架的应力分布情况;同时对支架结构进行了拓扑优化,并将优化前后支架的应力、位移和质量做了比较。结果表明,优化后的支架既满足刚度和强度的要求,又有效地减轻了质量,达到轻量化设计的目的。
Hyperworks10.0 was taken as analysis tool in this paper and a bracket in the electrical machine controller was studied.Then the case of stress distribution was definite.A bracket structure was topology optimization,the stress,displacement and mass of not optimized bracket compared with the optimized one. The results show that the optimized bracket meet the requirement of strength and rigidity,and lower effectively the mass,in order to achieve objective of lightweight design.
