摘要 根据陕汽重卡板块的零部件供应现状,提出符合公司现状的供应链系统总体架构,详细描述了公司采购计划的多种生成模式和计划执行流程,描述了面向供应商的绩效评价流程和评价指标体系,并初步介绍陕汽供应商门户应包含的主要功能。 According to actual status of part supply,a building scheme of suppy chain management system is proposed.The architecture of SCM,the procurement planning process,the supplier evaluation index system is detail discussed in this scheme.The software platform of SCM has already run.
