在整车中,变速箱空挡开关输出信号是很重要的一种信号输出手段。它作为一种安全保护装置,一般装配于变速箱的操纵机构上。这种装置保证了只有在变速器挂空档时,发动机才能够起动,从而避免驾驶员由于挂档起动发动机,而脚又不踩离合器踏板造成事故。本文对变速箱空挡开关的工作原理进行说明,同时对比较常见的故障模式进行分析,寻求可行的提高措施。

In the vehicle,gearbox neutral switch output signal is one of the important means of signal output. As a safe protection devices,it is generally assembled in gearbox control organization.The device ensure when the transmission is neutral,the engine was able to start,so as to avoid the driver put into gear to start engines,while forgetting to trample the clutch resulting accidents.This paper,introduce the neutral switch of transmission working principle,at the same time analyse more common failure mode,seek feasible measures to improve the reliability of the neutral switch.
