The driving safety becomes the focus of Automobile Industry,Anti-lock Braking System（ABS） as a fine performance of active Safety Device can decrease traffic accidentas much as possible.This paper introduces the basic operating principle and methods of investigation.By analyzing and summing up the experience of problem elimination in assemble process,the author provides approaches for dealing with problem in time.
