Discussion on Ideological and Political Education of Independent College Students

独立学院是具有中国特色的新型办学模式,是高等教育大众化发展的产物,是高等教育的重要组成部分,对实现高等教育大众化、深化高等教育改革发挥了重要作用。随着独立学院招生规模的不断扩大,办学过程中的矛盾和问题日益凸现,给独立学院学生思想政治教育带来新的挑战。如何准确把握学生的思想状况,客观分析影响思想政治教育的各种因素,切实加强和改进学生思想政治教育工作,已成为当前独立学院面临的一个重要课题。

The independent college is a new mode with Chinese characteristics of running school,the inevitable outcome of the develop- ment of higher education from elite to popularization and an important part of higher education, which has played an important role in the popu- larization and reform of higher education. With the constant expanding of admission scale of the independent college,the number of independent college students increased gradually, which has led to increasingly apparent contradictions and problems and has brought about many new chal- lenges to ideological and political education in independent colleges. How to accurately understand the mental state of independent college stu- dents, analyze multifarious factors influencing the ideological and political education of independent college students and effeetlvely strengthen and imprve ideological and volifical education has become an important topic for the independent college.
