基于自组织理论的校企合作对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of School-enterprise Cooperation Based on Self-organization Theory

文章以自组织理论为基础,分析校企合作系统内部各要素及其关系,解构校企合作自组织演化的过程模型,并从自组织演化视角审视当前校企合作中存在的问题:信息交流不充分、缺乏制约条件、合作关系单一以及无法实现涨落,进而提出搭建信息交流平台、促进长效合作机制、构建价值增值链以及发挥政府功能四个对策,以促进校企合作系统从无序态走到有序态,实现自我演化螺旋上升发展。

Based on self- organization theory, the paper analyses the elements and their relationships of school - enterprise cooperation system and then constructs its self organization evolution process model.From the perspective of self- organization evolution,it analyses the ex- isting problems in school- enterprise cooperation, including the lack of information exchange and restricted conditions, the simple cooperation partnership and the inability to realize the fluctuation. And then it provides some countermeasures to promote school- enterprise cooperation from the disordered state to the ordered state： building a platform for information exchanging, constructing long- term cooperation mechanism and value chain and giving full play to the government function and finally realize the spiral development of self evolution of the school - enter- prise cooperation system.
