摘要
跨境人民币业务于2009年从上海等城市开始试点,近三年的时间里,在业务规模、品种和渠道等方面都取得了较大发展,有效推动了我国企业的贸易与投资、金融体系发展及国际金融中心建设。目前跨境人民币业务的发展主要集中在跨境贸易人民币结算业务,未来跨境人民币投融资等业务领域还有很大的发展潜力,需要采取提高人民币在国际贸易中的接受度、完善金融基础设施、推进金融市场的对外开放、改善宏观金融管理水平等措施来促进我国跨境人民币业务的发展。
The pilot of cross-border RMB business started from 2009 in some cities like Shanghai. During 3 years, it has made a large progress in scale, variety and channel, which has effectively promoted the development of enterprises＇ trade and investment and financial system and the construction of international financial center in China. At present, the development of cross-border RMB busi- ness is mainly concentrated in cross-border trade settlement business. In the future, there is a great potential in the fields of cross-border RMB investment and financing. Some measures should be taken to promote the development of cross-border RMB business such as improving the acceptance of RMB in international trade, perfecting the financial infrastructure, promoting financial market opening, improving macro financial management level and so on.
