结合郑州市交通拥堵实际,分析了政府在治理交通拥堵中存在缺乏"以人为本"、"人性化"的理念,政府职能部门各自为政,不能打"组合拳"等问题,这也是交通拥堵的重要原因。在此基础上,提出了政府治理交通拥堵的对策建议。
