On the Over-competition in the Research Business of Chinese Securities Companies

通过对我国证券公司研究业务发展现状的分析,认为证券公司研究业务出现了过度竞争,探讨了过度竞争产生的原因,在此基础上,提出了中国证券市场良性运行的若干对策与建议。

Based on the analyses of the present situation of the research business of securities companies,the paper concludes that the over-competition phenomenon is prevalent,discusses the reasons for over-competition,and puts forward the countermeasures to maintain the proper operation of Chinese securities companies.
