我国城市商业银行公司治理的现状与对策

On the Current Corporate Governance of China's City Commercial Banks

结合我国商业银行公司治理的实际,从股权结构、董事会、监事会、激励与信息披露机制等方面剖析了城市商业银行公司治理现状,分析其中存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了改善我国城市商业银行公司治理问题的对策思路。

Starting from the basic concepts of corporate governance and its concrete applications in the commercial banks,the paper analyzes its internal corporate governance from the aspects of the ownership structure,board of supervisors,incentives and information disclosure mechanisms,points out the problems in the city commercial banks in corporate governance,and proposes the countermeasures to improve the corporate governance of China＇s city commercial banks.
