摘要
结合连云港振兴集团干部教育培训工作的实践,从坚持"三个结合"、创新培训形式,坚持"三个贴近"、丰富培训内容,坚持"三个严格"、提高培训实效等3个方面,探讨了企业干部教育培训工作的模式创新。
In view of the leadership education and training practice in Lianyungang Zhenxing Industry Group Co.Ltd.,the paper explores the mode innovation of training of enterprise leadership from the three aspects of "Three Combinations","Three Adherences" and "Three Strictnesses".
