该文首先阐述了目前中国企业自主创新现状,分析了国有企业、中小企业在自主科技创新存在的问题,最后探讨了提高中国中小企业自主科技创新的有效途径和对策,以图引导中国中小企业走上依靠自主创新的良性发展轨道,促进中国经济持续、稳定、健康地发展。

This paper firstly elaborates on the current situation of independent innovation for domestic enterprises, then analyzes the existing issues during the process of independent innovation for both state - owned enterprises （SOEs） and small and medium - sized enterprises （SMEs）, at last discusses the effective way and strategy to boost the independent innovation for domestic SMEs and direct them on the sound developmental path in a bid to promote the sustainable, stable and healthy development of our country＇s economy.
