炎琥宁注射液治疗急性细菌性肠炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Acute Bacterial Enteritis Treated with Yanhuning Injection

目的观察炎琥宁注射液对急性细菌性肠炎的治疗效果。方法将116例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各58例,治疗组给予炎琥宁注射液治疗,对照组给予庆大霉素注射液治疗,两组均连用3 d。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、便常规及不良反应等。结果治疗结束后,两组患者症状、便常规皆得以改善。总有效率治疗组为91.38%,对照组为77.59%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁注射液治疗细菌性肠炎疗效明显,无明显副作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of yanhuning injection in the treatment of acute bac terial enteritis. Methods 116 cases were randomized into a treatment group and a control group ,58 cases in each one. In the treatment group,yanhuning injection was prescribed. In the control group, gentamycin sulfate injection was prescribed. The treatment lasted for 3 days in each group. The clinical efficacy, improvements in clinical symptoms, stool routine test and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The symptoms were relieved and the stool routine test results were improved for the patients in each group after treatment. The total effective rate was 91.38% in the treatment group and was 77.59% in the control group, presenting the statistical significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yanhuning injection achieves the remarkable efficacy on bacterial enteritis and has no apparent side effect.
