中药穴位贴敷与心理疏导结合戒烟疗法临床观察

Summary of 900 Cases of Smoking Cessation Treated with Chinese Medicinal Plaster and Psychological Counseling

目的总结中药穴位贴敷与心理疏导结合戒烟疗法的临床疗效,探讨结合疗法的优势和发展前景。方法通过对900例吸烟成瘾患者的戒烟过程进行观察(其中100例以心理干预单一意志戒烟法,另800例采用以中药穴位贴敷为主结合心理疏导的综合戒烟法),总结和分析戒烟过程中戒断症状的严重程度和戒烟成功率。结果治疗组总戒断成功率为83%,明显高于对照组之16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药穴位贴敷与心理疏导结合戒烟疗法疗效佳,疗程短,尼古丁依赖消失,且不易复吸。中药穴位贴敷与心理疏导结合戒烟疗法具有其自身的优势,应在临床得到推广和更深的研究。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy on smoking cessation treated with the comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicinal plaster and psychological counseling and explore the advantages of this therapy and its development prospect. Methods By observing the progression of smoking cessation of 900 cases of smoking addiction（ of them, 100 cases received simple psychological intervention and the other 800 cases received the comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicinal plaster and psychological counseling）, the severity of withdrawal symptoms and the successful rate of smoking cessation were summarized and analyzed. Results The total successful rate of withdrawal was 83% in the treatment group, which was apparently higher than 16% in the control group, presenting the statistical significant difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicinal plaster and psychological counseling is better in efficacy and advantageous as short duration of treatment, absence of nicotine dependence and difficulty in relapse. The comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicinal plaster and psychological counseling presents its own advantages and deserves to be promoted in clinical application and a further study should be done on it.
