摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中痕量铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化乙基紫褪色反应的最佳条件,建立了高灵敏度测定痕量铜的新方法.检出限为6.0×10^-10g/mL,线性范围为0.05-3.0μg/(25mL).使用的仪器设备简单,检测简便、快速.应用于农产品中痕量铜的测定,结果令人满意.
A new high sensitivity method for determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) is described by studying the best condition of trace Cu catalyzed decolorization reaction of hydrogen peroxide and ethyl violet in sulfuric acid medium. The detection limit is 6×10^-10g g/mL and linear range is 0.05-3.0 μg/(25 ml). Apparatus used in this method is simple, and testing procedure is convenient and fast. Results are satisfied when the method is applied in determining trace Cu in agricultural products.
