创新型化学师资培养策略研究

Study on Cultivate Strategy of Innovative Chemical Teachers

分析了化学教师职业技能缺陷问题,提出了在高师院校如何培养创新型基础教育化学师资的建议.认为,要通过教育理念培养,多媒体教育技术技能培训,扩大学生知识面,帮助学生构建知识结构,掌握先进的教育教学技术,逐步成为合格的化学教师.

Problems of vocational skill defects of chemistry teachers are analyzed, suggestions on how to cultivate innovation basic education chemical teachers are proposed in normal university. It is considered that through cultivating educational ideas, training skills of multimedia educational technology and expanding students＇ scope of knowledge and so on, to help students building structure of knowledge, mastering advanced educational technology, becoming eligible chemical teachers.
