基于DEA-Malmquist指数的我国电信业效率研究

A Research of China's Telecommunications Industry Efficiency Based on DEA-Malmquist Index

摘要 运用非参数的DEA-Malmquist指数方法研究了中国电信业2007-2009年的生产率水平,并将中国电信业的效率水平与全球电信业的效率水平进行对比,发现我国的TFP增长率与国际平均水平相比还是比较低的,3大运营商中只有中国移动的平均TFP是正增长,中国电信和中国联通的平均TFP都是下降的,国内运营商的TFP增长率有待提高。 This paper use a non-parametric index of DEA-Malmquist to research the telecommunications industry efficiency in China and compare the efficiency with global telecom industry.We find that the rate of TFP growth in China is relatively lower,compared with international average level.Only China Mobile＇s average TFP is growing,while China Telecom and China Unicom＇s average TFP is decreased.The rate of domestic TFP growth should be improved.
