电针夹脊穴配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of treating LDH by acupuncture plus traction

目的:观察电针夹脊穴为主配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别采用电针夹脊配合牵引和单纯牵引治疗两周,观察治疗前后两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效(总有效率)优于对照组(P<0.01),临床计分较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:电针夹脊配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者具有显著的临床疗效,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效措施。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of treating LDH by acupuncture plus traction. Methods： 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, treatment group were treated by acupuncture plus traction, control group were treated by traction, aider 2 weeks to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy of treating LDH by acupuncture plus traction was significant, that is effective measures in treating lumbar disc herniation.
