益气固冲补肾法组方用于功能失调性子宫出血围绝经期妇女的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal women by the Yiqi Guchong Bushen method

目的:探讨益气固冲补肾法组方治疗围绝经期妇女功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:对2008～2011年收入我院的70例功血患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各35例。对照组采用西药激素治疗,实验组采用益气固冲补肾法组方治疗。结果:对照组痊愈率11.43%,有效率62.86%,无效率25.71%,总有效率74.29%,实验组痊愈率65.71%,有效率28.57%,无效率5.71%,总有效率94.29%。实验组痊愈率、有效率、总有效率均大于对照组,无效率小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:益气固冲补肾法组方治疗围绝经期妇女功能失调性子宫出血的疗效高于西药激素,副作用小,应该作为首选的治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of the Yiqi Guchong Bushen method in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal women. Methods： Form 2008 to 2011, 70 cases of DUB patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 35 cases for each. The control group was treated with modem medicine hormone therapy, the experimental group was treated with the Yiqi Guchong Bushen method. Results： In the control group, the cure rate was 11.43%, efficiency was 62.86%, inefficiency was 25.71%, the total effective rate was 74.29%, 65.71% of the cure rate of the experimental group, efficiency was 28.57%, inefficiency was 5.71%, the total effective rate was 94.29%. The cure rate, efficiency and the total effective rate of the experimental group were greater than that of the control group, the inefficiency is less than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of The Yiqi Guchong Bushen method was better than modem medicine hormone in treating dysftmctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal women, fewer side effects, as the preferred treatment method.
