青春期功血合并多囊卵巢综合征的中药治疗体会

Experience of treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding with PCOS in TCM

目的:探讨青春期功血合并多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的中药治疗效果。方法:根据症状辨证分型论治。主要分型有阴虚内热、血热妄行型、痰湿内阻、肾阳虚型、脾虚失摄、瘀阻胞脉等。结果:3年来共治疗典型病例15例。治愈5例,有效7例,无效3例。有效率达80%。结论:青春期功血与多囊卵巢综合征患者在临床并不少见,青春期功血合并多囊卵巢综合征患者虽不多见,但近年来有上升趋势,在治疗上用中药辨证治疗取得较好疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM on treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with PCOS. Methods： Treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding with PCOS according to the symptom. The main syndrome type has Yinxu Neire type, Xuere Wangxing type, Tanshi Neizu type, Shenyangxu type, Pixu Shishe type, Yuzu Baomai. Results： 15 cases of typical cases was cured in 3years. 5 cases were cured, effective in 7 cases, 3 cases were invalid. The effective rate was 80%. Conclusion： Adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with PCOS is not uncommon in clinical, puberty DUB patients with polycystic ovary syndrome is rare, but there is an upward trend in recent years, treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding with PCOS in TCM achieves better efficacy
