154例手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的发病因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析腰椎间盘突出症的发病相关因素。方法:选取我院2008年1月~2011年12月期间,在我院住院的进行手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者病例资料进行统计分析。结果:154例手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中,男性86例,女性为68例,以年龄分组,其中≤30岁的18例,31~50岁89例,≥51岁的47例,有家族史的为36例;有外伤史的27例。结论:腰椎间盘退变受多种因素影响,包括基因遗传因素、自然老化和积累性损伤等,尤其是遗传方面的基因的多形性是诱发退变的重要前置因素。 Objective: To analyze of relevant factor in the pathogenesis of LDH. Methods: From January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital, the clinical data of patients with LDH by surgical was statistically analyzed. Results: 154 cases of surgical treatment in patients with LDH, 86 cases of male, female 68 cases, grouped by age, 18 cases≤30 years of age, 31 to 50 years old with 89 cases. ≥51 years of age in 47 cases, a family history of 36 cases; there are 27 cases in the history of trauma. Conclusion: The lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration affected by many factors, including genetic factors, natural aging and the accumulation of damage, especially the genetic aspects of gene polymorphism is induced degeneration of the important antecedents.
