摘要
分析了高温工况下小口径三偏心蝶阀产生热变形对密封性能的影响,提出了阀座圈同步膨胀补偿设计方案,在实际应用中效果较好。
By analyzing the fact that small diameter of triple eccentric butterfly valve effected by hot deformation on seal performance in high temperature working condition, the valve seat synchronous heat expansion compensation design was put forward. The valve having adopted such structure obtained good sealing performance in practical application.
