摘要
针对大连石化公司140万t/a催化二再烟道膨胀节内新焊接保稳钉沿热影响区部位发生断裂的现象,从宏观断口形貌和微观组织成分变化两个方面对保温钉发生断裂的原因进行分析,为今后施工中避免此类情况再次出现提出了合理建议。
On the basis of the heat affect zone of insulation nails and after newly welding breakage phenomena in the flue expansion joint of the second regenerator of Dalian Petrochemical Company 1.4 million t/a catalytic cracking unit, the breakage reasons of insulation nails were analyzed from two aspects of macroscopic breakage morphology and mierostructure of composition changes, and the reasonable proposals were put forward to avoid sueh situation in the future.
