Analysis for Copper Corrosion Level of Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Nanshan Base

根据常用的脱硫工艺,结合南山天然气处理终端液化石油气的实际生产情况,分析了南山天然气处理终端液化石油气产品铜片腐蚀存在的问题。在实验的基础上,探讨了解决液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格的方案,并设计了相应的工艺改造流程图。

According to the prevalent methodologies of desulphurization, and taking the real processing condition into consideration, this article analyzes the detrimental factors that exert adverse influence on the quality of LPG produced by Nanshan Base. Based on experimental data, this article not only provides the solution to tackle the problem that copper corrosion level can not meet the contract specification, but also gives expression to the reformed process flow diagram.
